At The Fur Label, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be able to return it in accordance with the terms below and your rights under Irish consumer law.
1. Returns
If you have purchased an item from The Fur Label online and simply change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you must return the item to us within a further 14 days.
The item must be returned in a suitable condition. Where reasonably possible, items should be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Free from pet hair, dirt, stains, odours or other signs of use
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
2. Return Postage
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are generally responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as The Fur Label cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us before returning it. In these circumstances, return costs will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund where applicable.
For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item and the applicable original standard delivery charge.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you agree otherwise.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within the timeframe required by Irish consumer law.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item, where appropriate
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Under Irish consumer law, if goods are faulty or do not conform to the sales contract, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances. In particular, if a fault occurs within 30 days of receiving the goods, you may have a short-term right to terminate the contract and receive a refund. (CCPC)
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to certain products under Irish law, including personalised or made-to-order items and certain goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
However, these exclusions do not remove your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described. (CCPC)
If a product is marked as non-returnable on its product page, this will be clearly stated before you purchase.
6. Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale can still be returned in accordance with this policy and your statutory consumer rights.
Sale items have the same legal protections as full-price items where they are faulty or not as described. (CCPC)
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
If you require a different size, colour or style, you may return the original item where eligible and place a new order.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us before placing a new order so that we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
